If you are experiencing intermittent network timeouts on your server, this could be due to an ongoing internal network congestion that we are aware of.
This intermittent network issues occurs for up to 6 seconds at a given time.
We have come up with a plan to resolve this under a maintenance window to ensure a much more stable network for all our customers.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place in the upcoming three weeks, and we expect your current network timeout issues to be mitigated through this, which should result in a much more stable network environment for your Cloud Instance.
